You may come for a consultation of up to ½-hour without charge. Based on my 35 years of teaching experience I will advise you whether and to what extent the Alexander Technique might be appropriate in your individual situation. I will attempt to arrive at a workable financial arrangement with you based on my usual fee of $55 per 45-minute private lesson. A basic course of ten weekly lessons is satisfactory for many people, with periodic refreshers as needed. Changing deep habit patterns does take time, but not forever!
